I had an excellent experience at this shop from start to finish. I initially visited to inquire about solid 14k rose gold jewelry and was informed that it would need to be custom made and price quoted. After being sized, I proceeded with placing a custom order for the jewelry. When the pieces arrived, the sizing was not exactly what I had requested due to a misunderstanding by both parties. However, the store manager, Autumn, and body piercer, Lily, immediately stepped in to resolve the issue. Their prompt attention and sense of urgency made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. They were incredibly professional, kind, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Thanks to their outstanding customer service and dedication to making things right, the situation was quickly corrected, and I ultimately received the exact jewelry I was looking for. I am extremely happy with the final result and truly appreciative of the exceptional service provided by Autumn and Lily. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this shop.

Drift Piercing studio is a very professional clean, and perfect for your piercing needs. Autumn is so sweet and very helpful with the jewelry choices. Lilly is wonderful. My daughter has had 3 piercings done by her and she loves them all. She explained everything she is doing and she very gentle and kind. We highly recommend them.

Drift is the ONLY place I’ll go for piercings and stylings. It is very clean, organized, and has an overall great vibe but the people are why I keep going back. Lily is an amazing piercer. She is great at explaining every part of the process to you and making you feel comfortable. She also has such an eye for detail when it comes to piercing placement. If there is such thing as perfect symmetry, Lily can make it happen. Autumn is also wonderful and a huge reason why going to Drift is an elevated piercing experience. She is so welcoming and helpful. Autumn will work with you to curate the exact aesthetic you’re going for and is transparent when it comes to all of the jewelry pieces (pricing, what would be most flattering, etc.). She really is the best!

I was looking for a place to get my daughters ears pieced. Everyone said go to Drift it's the best. They were correct, Drift is the best. Ultimately my daughter did not get her ears pieced during the appointment. But that had nothing to do with the kindness and patience that the 2 women working at Drift showed for my daughter. They walked her through every step of the process and answered any questions she had. Unfortunately my daughter lost her nerve and didn't go through with the piercing. Lily the woman doing the piercing did not make her feel judged and supported any choice she wanted to make for her body. When my daughter is ready to try again I would definitely take her back to Drift.
