I’ve been receiving hydration IV therapy at this location for a couple of years now, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. As a oif combat veteran recovering from multiple health challenges, staying properly hydrated and maintaining the right balance of nutrients has been a real struggle. IV therapy has played an important role in supporting my body as it continues to heal and recover. Every visit here has felt like a safe haven. The environment is peaceful, calming, and welcoming, which makes a tremendous difference when your body has already been through a lot. I always leave feeling restored, supported, and genuinely cared for, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. The staff is professional, attentive, and compassionate, and the overall atmosphere makes it clear that this is a place where healing is respected. As a veteran, it has meant a lot to be in a space where I feel welcomed, safe, and supported in my wellness journey. I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received here and would highly recommend this location to anyone dealing with hydration challenges, nutrient deficiencies, or looking for a peaceful and restorative wellness experience.

I highly recommend Vital Lounge. From the moment you walk in, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Alex and his team are amazing — they took the time to explain everything in detail, step by step, so I felt completely comfortable and informed about my treatment options. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of care they provide, and every time I go there, I genuinely feel so much better afterward. I’m so happy I found this amazing, clean wellness lounge. It was so easy to call, book, and come in — everyone is friendly and welcoming. I was treated with so much kindness by the entire staff. I started with a B12 shot and followed with a hydration IV, and both services were wonderful. I’m sadly leaving town soon, but I had such a great experience here. From the nurse practitioner’s care to the front-of-house team, thank you all for taking such great care of me. 💛✨

Was told by phone they could handle a 50g IV dose of vitamin c with a drs note. Showed up at 1 and told had to come back after 2 for the right staff member to be there. Then got back at 2:30 and told they can’t administer a 50g dose with current staff, only 25g. Absolute waste of 2 hours. Headed to winter garden location, hopefully they’ll be better to their word and be able to handle it.
