Monica was there again to take care of me with the most caring, delicate and professional bed side manner I have ever experienced.Thank you Monica, I really appreciate you. The facility and the rest of the staff was clean and professional like all the previous times. If you need to get any kind of infusion treatment in Orlando, you can go here with a 100% confidence you will be taken care in the best manner possible. --- Mar/2025 Update: I went for my second treatment and as expected it was as great as last time. All staff is professional, caring and nice. I was taken care again by Monica, the most caring, delicate and professional nurse I have ever met. --- This place is fantastic! Spacious rooms with comfortable recliners and sofas, big screen TVs with all the streaming services, plus plenty of snacks and drinks. But what really stands out is the exceptional staff. Monica took care of me, and she was the sweetest, most attentive, and professional healthcare provider I've ever encountered. The entire experience was great, and I didn’t mind the 4-hour treatment at all—it was incredibly relaxing.

Excellent care. MONICA took care in starting IV and explained all along the way. From the time you enter, reception is great, welcoming and calm. Sets the total mood for the treatment. Everyone goes above and beyond fir patient care.

The staff from entry to exit were so sweet and genuinely kind. At a time in your life that you are needing this medical attention it’s very refreshing to know that the team is very uplifting, informative and supportive. The location is very neat and clean with the benefit of walking directly into your room, instead of a common area with others. The attention to detail sets them apart from the rest and other health care facilities should strive to be like this! Highly recommend this location with amazing staff!!!
