Not good at remembering names because of my first time there. I believe the lady at the front desk was named Paula. Very attentive and helpful, great personality. The technician that took care of me in my own private room could not have been in any better. She made sure I had something to drink if wanted, bathroom breaks if needed, or anything else. Checked on me numerous times. Can't say enough nice things about her. Not sure if she was technician, or certified nurse, but either way she was on top of her game. She's very good at giving intravenous injections, no pain to speak of. My only complaint, was no bagels. LOL

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of me while I was there and did a thorough job answering my questions. The facility is very neat and clean.

Once again my experience with the team was very efficient and professional, the team at the Dr Philip’s location is always prepared and ready to provide the services needed. The care you receive while you are there exceeds all expectations.
