This is by far the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. The staff is Amazing and extremely knowledgeable. As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety, i felt very calm and comforted as they walked me through each and every step. I learned so much about my own teeth that I have always wanted to know but no one has ever shared. One of my favorite parts was seeing Miles who is there anti-anxiety dog who is in the office to help calm those of us that need it down. Even when it comes to The financial portion, they go through each and every step as far as what would be the recommendation for the first thing that you’ve done to the last and get through all the costs, including your insurance with you. I would definitely give his practice in A+.

This place was awesome. One on one information. The office staff makes ya feel at home. Miles makes sure ya stay calm and Dr Steven's is great. Had a really bad tooth. Was a great consultation with him and his staff. Any needs needed sent in promptly and ready asap at pharmacy. They made sure everything was set and we got the solution done and the tooth out. Sent home and all is well. Would recommend this office to anyone that has a fear of dentists. They make you feel like part of the family.

I had a wonderful experience at Beautiful Smiles. Dr. Steven’s and his staff were kind and professional! They explained everything very thoroughly and I felt comfortable in their care. Not sure that many people can say this, but I do look forward to my next appointment with them!

I am sharing my extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Beautiful Smiles Dentistry and Dentist Dr. Benjamin Stevens to caution others about the lack of care and professionalism I encountered during my dental treatment journey. Beginning in 2023, I underwent a full mouth extraction due to extensive tooth damage stemming from complications from back surgery. My dentist initiated the dental implant process by placing posts in my upper jaw, but this quickly led to a nightmare. I experienced severe and persistent bleeding, ongoing infections, and debilitating pain, all to the detriment of my health and ability to work. Despite repeatedly voicing my concerns about the extreme pain and infection, the dentist showed no interest in addressing my issues. Over two years, I faced countless delays and failures from the lab and the office staff, leading to exposed implants that became infected and unmanageable. What’s worse, there were times when there were no healing caps available, leaving me exposed to further complications while I waited months for another attempt. In desperation, I sought a second opinion from a dental specialist, only to learn that four out of my five implants are non-salvageable, resulting in severe infection and bone loss. The estimated cost for the necessary surgeries and treatments is upwards of $25,000, all due to the negligence of my original dentist. Throughout this distressing process, I have already spent approximately $36,000, mostly out of pocket, for a service that culminated in a complete mouth extraction billed at $13,000. I am left with no teeth, no usable options for temporary replacements, ongoing pain, and a complete loss of income due to my inability to work. Adding insult to injury, my dentist has refused to release my records to other specialists, providing only a few insufficient documents after almost a month of requests. They are now attempting to absolve themselves of any responsibility for the damage caused, only offering to refund the upfront payment for work not completed, but only if I do not involve any attorneys!! No attorneys and they will give me the money back for work not yet performed. Unreal. This experience has been incredibly painful and frustrating. Stay away from Beautiful Smiles Dentistry and Dr. Benjamin Stevens due to their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic patient care. I hope others can avoid the suffering I have endured.
