I chipped a crown on a Sunday (obviously), called and left a voice mail asking to be seen soon. Pence Family Dentistry called me back first thing on Monday with an appointment that very afternoon. They explained what my options were without pushing for an immediate replacement. In the end I thought it was best for me to get this done right away and was able to go home with a temporary crown within 24 hours of the incident! Super smooth experience. Highly recommend.

Pence Family Dentistry is like “family” from dentists to receptionists there is great care, efficiency and effectiveness! I broke a moller and was leaving on a trip and they were able to get me in same day and provide a solution. Also, regular cleanings are thorough, exams are thorough and office staff is professional.

Professional in all sense: cleanliness, promptness, friendliness. Amazing! We had new ownership over the last year and a half, and they have elevated the service that was already top-notch and I truly truly enjoy my dentist!

Had an old crown pop off while on vacation. Called to have it repaired. Got me in next day. Very friendly staff with experienced assistants. Doctor explained that a piece of the core broke off but he’d try to build it up with more cement and see if that worked well enough. He never tried to convince me that I needed a new crown. Very appreciated.
