I love SmileCentric East! The staff were friendly, organized, helpful and thorough. My appointment went smoothly and everyone was very courteous. The front desk kept everything on schedule and explained everything clearly. The technicians are knowledgable and friendly. Dr. Pierre is great! Knows his stuff! Talks to you in detail and gives all kinds of tidbits to help you take care of your teeth.

We've just begun going to this dentist since our beloved Dr. Bendush retired. Dr. Perle seems to have the same qualities, however. He listens, is knowledgeable, and follows through with things. The office staff, under the guidance of the highly efficient (and fun!) Jackie, are excellent. Flexible, efficient, and personable. Oh, and they have good magazines in the waiting room.

Kudos to Jackie who took the time to help support the challenges I was facing with getting a timely root canal scheduled with Dr. Saloum's office. Jackie has always been customer focused and maintains professional communication when calling and discussing any concerns or billing questions . Thank you Jackie! I greatly appreciate your professionalism and taking care of business.

Very friendly front office. Dr Pearly really listened and was empathetic to the situation I had needing crowns. The staff treated me like family. In fact I have referred many family members to this office. Best dentist on Eastside and I am so glad we have excellent dentist office close to home.

Excellent care and preventative help with items to keep an eye on. Kelly did a great job reviewing and cleaning my teeth. I don't like yearly xrays because they hurt, but was pleasantly surprised with the newer technology my gums are not sore 😄
