Indy Laser

I had laser hair removal here 7 years ago and it went well, so years later I bought my daughter a package for underarms and legs. She followed all the instructions exactly and her hair is still almost exactly the same after 6 sessions. And now I'm expected to pay more foe touch ups. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend

Only giving stars because the staff was nice and welcoming. They use a low grade laser and/or do not use the proper settings to reduce hair removal. I got both underarms and Brazilian done there and am VERY disappointed with my results. I am a great candidate for laser, so I should have seen great results. I should have known better because of the many deals they offer that the results were going to be disappointing. After getting areas done by a place with a good quality laser, I noticed how bad I was ripped off by Indy Laser. Definitely spend more money to get laser done at a better quality place if you want good results, do not let their deals fool you!

My first experience with laser hair removal at Indy Laser has been great! All staff members have been very knowledgeable with addressing my questions and concerns. Everyone I’ve worked with has also made me feel welcome and comfortable, even when treating sensitive areas. Despite a higher price than some facilities, I would highly recommend this location for their cleanliness and expertise. They also frequently have great sales to help reduce the cost!

I purchased a package during the 60% off promotion they have in November which was much more affordable. I was totally happy with my purchase. The girls that work at Indy Laser are great. They make you feel very comfortable in what could be very uncomfortable situation. The treatments are so effective. I went from needing to shave twice a day for smooth legs to shaving once a month just to remove the blond ones that hang around. I went in with realistic expectations that I would still have some hair growth and that maintenance was required. It really is life changing. My husband agrees that it is worth every penny spent.

I've had such a great experience with laser hair removal at Indy Laser! I am in and out of there in just a couple of minutes, and the staff are always so nice. I don't feel pressured to buy the products, but the ones I have purchased through them are very high quality and work very well. I appreciate the sales they give to make it affordable, and I'll be going back for more soon!
