Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Indiana

I recently went to Laser and Skin Surgery Center as a new patient. I had quite a few skin concerns that I was nervous about. From the phone call to make the appointment the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating and helped put my mind at ease. I was able to get an appointment within a couple weeks time! At my first appointment everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They addressed all my concerns very throughly. Best dermatologist I have ever been to by far. I am self pay and I was bracing myself for an enormous bill. I was shocked at how affordable the treatments are. I have already recommended this practice to several of my friends and family. Very grateful to have found this practice and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone who works there your kindness and expertise is very deeply appreciated. 5⭐️❤️

This is the best experience I've ever had with any "doctors" office in my entire life. They are so freaking sweet. They seem to enjoy their job and helping people. Anisha was so good to me, she was such a cool and nice person. She had a friend vibe instead of the "I'm just here to do a job" kind of vibe. Pricing is extremely fair! I haven't had any procedures done yet so I can't speak to effectiveness and results yet but I knew already to set my expectations that perfection can't be achieved. They also reiterated that to me. Like I said, I'm definitely not expecting perfection but I'm just hoping for once in my life I can see results that make a difference to my happiness and self-esteem. Consultation fee was much cheaper than I expected, can't wait to get my procedures done in April!! The last time I've been to a dermatologist was about 10 years ago. I live in Bloomington and they gave me the ick the entire time. They never seemed like they cared. Totally different experience here! I'm very happy I went here.

Just a few days ago I returned to Lassi to have a 2nd Basil Skin Cell Cancer removed. As always Lassi came through with great timeliness and a host of wonderful nurses and two surgeons. The process was seamless and great. The work was more than I expected, this goes with the territory often. What I can say affirmatively, I wouldn't go anywhere else as the Lassi team went over and above to make my second experience as good as my first. This time they did the opening and closing all in one day. The Fellow, was outstanding who worked side by side with Dr. Hankey. She took extra time, giving great amounts of care and compassion to see that the closure was perfect. The team of nurses did fantastic care seeing to it that I would not feel a thing from pre-op to closure, I can't say enough. Throughout the experience communication was a priority of Lassi Team and it was also comforting to know one nurse was also on my surgical team from November of 2022. Knowing this practice brings the best Fellows to come study and practice means that Dr. Hankey is not only providing the best care in his practice, he is also setting up surgeons to launch and either join equally great practices and possibly open their own some day. What was even greater, is faith is important to Dr. Hankey and his associates and that equally impacted me to, their faith in Christ Jesus, knowing Jesus guides their hands helps me know beyond a shadow of a doubt I will keep returning as need arises. Great office. Have used them for a number of years for my general dermatology needs. Always kind. Always on time. And post procedure follow up when needed is top notch. I am grateful for the work they do.

Dr Hanke and his staff were wonderful in treating a squamous cell carcinoma that was on the tip of my nose. The MOHS went very well and the followup treatment was great. The result is perfect!
