I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I already paid $400 at my first session and was under the impression that my remaining sessions were included…. During my recent visi today , no one discussed any payment with me before the treatment. I was taken directly to the treatment room, and no one explained any additional charges before or after the session. About 10 minutes after I arrived home, I received a receipt by email showing that my card had been charged again without any permission from me or any discussion beforehand. My husband even went back to the office, and no one explained anything to him either. Clear communication and customer consent should always come before charging a client. I hope management improves transparency and communication to prevent this from happening to others….

My experience was great! My appointment was on time and the process was quick. (In & out) I've been going there for a few sessions and it's always a 10 out of 10. Also, if you recently were released from a correctional institution and your trying to get tattoos removed because your thoughts, life, ect has changed. They have a program that you might be eligible for. (So ask about it.) They treat you as an individual and don't look at you different either. I qualified for the program and getting my unwanted tattoos removed is such a blessing. Thank you so much REMOVERY!!!!

I’m ecstatic to be getting my hand tattoos removed. Marsha from Vegas was a visiting laser tech and great this last session. Super clean facilities and like a doctor’s office. She iced my hand prior and was very efficient at getting the frosting done. I’ve been to other places where it seems like forever to get the blast over done. I can’t wait for all of my overly visible ink to be gone. Removery is the best location I’ve been to, and I’ve tried several on the West Coast and now Midwest. Get the unlimited package, it’s worth it for big pieces.

Actual procedure went well, fast, but when attempting to contact after appointment it took days to get a person and they were down right rude. For $400-500 cost for a session you'd think they would have better attitudes with clients with basic questions NOT covered on the website or paperwork.
