Milan Laser Hair Removal

I’ve had a great experience with Milan! Kinzey has been amazing—very professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Laser hair removal can be a little painful at times, but the results and overall experience make it totally worth it. The staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming. I definitely recommend Milan if you’re considering laser hair removal!

I’ve always had positive experiences with Milan Laser Hair Removal as a company, which is why I felt comfortable returning after about three years since I have a lifetime treatment plan. The previous staff at the Plainfield location was especially welcoming and professional, and they helped build my trust in the brand. Unfortunately, this visit felt noticeably different. The greeting was somewhat impersonal, and while my technician was polite and completed the treatment, the overall atmosphere was not as warm as I remembered. After my treatment, I noticed the technician and another staff member look at me, laugh with each other, and quickly walk to the back. I later realized my face was very flushed — which I understand can be a normal reaction after laser — but the interaction left me feeling self-conscious and uncomfortable. I returned inside to confirm whether my reaction was typical, and the front desk staff explained that retained heat can cause this, which I appreciated. I understand that staffing changes happen, but professionalism and client sensitivity should remain consistent. I value Milan as a company, but after today’s experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning to this particular location and will continue my treatments elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages a renewed focus on creating a welcoming, respectful environment for every client.

I LOVE it here! The staff is super nice, the place is clean, everyone is very informative about the company business, they say what the mean and mean what they say. If you cant make it to your normal location they are happy to get you scheduled at another location. I got my homegirl to do laser amd she goes to their Southside location (love them as well).

Oh my goodness!! I read so many reviews. Some were super good and some were bad. I had done SO much research (watched YouTube videos, thoroughly read their website) and had decided that this was the place I wanted to go. I've been waiting for months and saw on their website that they have the $250 off and up to 70% off and since I can finally afford it, I decided it was time. I was BEYOND excited to call and start the process that I called them right when they opened. I was instantly stressed out. The girl that answered the phone was SO rude that I apologized for calling right when they opened. Also, I was going to run numbers for my budget, so I could show up to the consult and know what I wanted. I'm a very prepared person and don't like to make decisions on the fly. So, I asked for pricing and she refused to give it to me. She was so disrespectful the whole call, that when I got off the phone I was so upset. It was like I went from being so excited to not sure if I want to go with them at all. Just letting you all know.

Both nurses & the front desk staff are phenomenal! They let me chitchat away during my sessions to keep my brain off the laser lol always recommending them to friends and family!
