From my wife: When I first started going to ILAZ a year ago I was very pleased with my experience. However, when the lady that normally did my sessions left, Denise took over my sessions and I am very displeased with her service and bedside manner. With it being such a vulnerable and painful procedure, I am disappointed that she was not able to make me feel more comfortable and at times was quite harsh in her demeanor. I purchased a 6-treatment package for my legs and bikini area and it has worked for the most part but I was never told ahead of time until my last appointment that it would probably take 9-10 sessions to see the results I wanted. When I spoke about this, Denise was only quick to defend herself and her reputation in a manner that was aggressive and extremely unprofessional. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place as long as Denise is the one doing your treatment. I give it a 3/10.
