Dr. Kimberly Short

I have had a great experience with Gillian Institute thus far. I haven't had my breast surgery yet but I am excited to work with Dr. Short. I did have a CO2 laser treatment done and I healed up very well. The visible results are 3-6 months out but so far my skin is very soft. The staff has been very friendly and helpful to work with!

I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Short, and overall my experience with the office and staff was very positive. Everyone was kind, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and help calm my nerves throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. I did take away one star due to my surgical outcome. During my initial procedure, Dr. Short decided to proactively adjust one breast that naturally sat slightly higher. Unfortunately, even after more than six months, it never settled or evened out. Because of this, I ended up paying for an additional procedure on the same breast, which did not correct the issue either. As a result, I now have noticeable asymmetry between my breasts and nipples, which has honestly impacted my confidence. I am meeting with Dr. Short again to discuss whether this can be fixed, and I am hopeful we can find a solution without additional charges, as I did not request the original proactive adjustment and did not expect to need multiple procedures to correct it. Ultimately, I would recommend the Gillian institute. Jackie is phenomenal and has made my experience better than expected. Dr short is also very sweet and she is extremely talented. Hopefully I get this fixed because if so my confidence will be unmeasurable! :)

I've used various services here for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is professional and their techniques can't be beat. Botox, filler, peels, breast surgery etc. - whether seeing Dr. Short, Melissa, or an esthetician, my needs and wants are heard and respected and I'm always happy with the results. The prices are competitive, and I like the skincare products available, too! Courteous, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, this place keeps me looking my 53-year-old best in a competitive industry!

The staff were welcoming and answered my questions. Pre-op documents were very thorough and helpful. I felt safe going into my procedure and have been happy with the results and follow-up, one week out. I deducted one star because I needed paperwork filled out for my job, and had to pay $150 for it to be done. I feel that cost is excessive, but I had no choice.

Dr.Short and her team at the Gillian Institute have went above and beyond with my breast lift. You are not just a patient number- they actually care about what is best for you. I know several people that have also had positive experiences. I will definitely be return customer!! Thank you to everyone there for making this such a positive experience!
