If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Dr Jones is so knowledgeable & patient! You can tell he truly CARES about his patients and isn’t into selling you something he doesn’t think he can achieve! His staff are also amazing! From Shannan to Marisol to Rhye- you truly are in the best hands. I wish i had made this decision to come here sooner! The last thing i remember before i fell asleep for surgery was Dr Jones telling me he was going to “take good care of me.” & that he did! Not to mention my results!!!!! BOOK with Dr Jones!

Walking into this cosmetic office instantly put me at ease! it is absolutely beautiful inside, and even the procedure room has the most stunning chandelier that makes the whole experience feel so special. What really stood out, though, was the people. The staff couldn’t have been sweeter, Rias welcomed me with such warmth that I felt comfortable right away. Dr. Jones was so nice and I was so excited I got to meet him. Also, HUGE shout out to Taylor. She truly went above and beyond. She’s not only extremely knowledgeable and talented, but you can tell how much she genuinely cares about her patients. Her passion for her work shines through in every detail. she took the time to explain everything to me, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me with such kindness. I left not only feeling great about my results, but also grateful to have been cared for by someone so thoughtful and dedicated. This was such a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I can’t recommend this office enough!! I already can’t wait to come back!

I can't say enough about the staff here! They literally make you feel so comfortable and welcomed! This was my second micro needling appointment with live exosomes. My acne scars are no longer visible and the recovery time with the exosomes on my second round of treatment was next day. Incredible!! Thank you all so much!

I have had the wonderful privilege of working with Dr. Jones and his team as a student. He exemplifies the highest level of professionalism, care, and expertise in his field. 100% highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

I am very disappointed. I had an abdominoplasty. He told me that he was the best and could do the surgery without needing to put in a drain. Well of course, I didn’t have a drain but had a lot of swelling and fluid. He aspirated fluid twice in his office. I also had an area along the incision line that didn’t close. He wanted to close this. I already paid more than twice as my coworker/nurse paid for hers done in ft Wayne and she didn’t have the issues that I did. I had to pay extra for him to close this area in his office. I texted him the next day that something was wrong. I felt terrible, I had a fever and could not quit shaking. But he told me it was probably uti or respiratory. Even though I felt fine before he “fixed” it. Well I ended up in the ER. They frantically tried to get a hold of Dr Jones for quite some time but he doesn’t have anyone to cover for him. I even gave them his personal number that he gives all his patients. Still he didn’t answer. He did end up texting me back. Even though I told them I was in the ER on powerful IV antibiotics, white blood cell counts really elevated and suspected abscesses. He wanted me to just come to his office the next morning! He never responded to the ER doctors. The ER dr sent me to Ft Wayne by ambulance where I spent 10 days at Lutheran. IV antibiotics and another surgery. I went home with a drain to my left side abscess and a wound vac to the opening he had “closed” I was off work for 3 months, he wouldn’t fill out FMLA papers! But the wonderful plastic surgeons at Lutheran did! I suggest going to Lutheran for a better experience and results. And they’re caring want just an act. Dr Jones never offered to make this right just that they would like to see me again!
