Spavia is the place to go for a massage or facial! My therapist Avery was incredible. He was knowledgeable, professional, and addressed areas of concern, along with telling me what I could do between treatments to make things better. My esthetician, Willow, was amazing as well! I felt so relaxed after my spa day! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

Don’t pay luxury prices for a chain-level massage. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Spavia in Fishers, especially given the $179 price point. Unfortunately, it felt no different than Massage Heights, Hand & Stone, or any other franchise-style monthly membership spa — except significantly more expensive. The locker room was very small and lacked the amenities you would expect from a spa positioning itself as upscale. The waiting area was also tiny with minimal comforts. The massage rooms themselves were nothing special and felt on par with generic chain massage locations. I booked a 100-minute deep tissue massage, but it felt more like a standard Swedish massage. It was okay at best, but certainly not what I would consider true deep tissue work. One thing that really bothered me was the hygiene protocol. After massaging my feet (which were clean), the therapist did not have a sink in the room to wash her hands, nor did she use any antibacterial gel or lotion before moving directly to my upper body. That felt uncomfortable and unsanitary. If you are looking for a true upscale spa experience, this is not it. I truly wish I had read reviews more carefully before spending over $179 on what felt like a very average, franchise-level massage.

Had a terrible massage the other day by someone but sweet Brooke at the front desk apologized for the service and gave me a comp for my next massage and suggested her favorite massage therapists and asked me what I needed. I’m excited for my next massage although cannot be for a while since I live far away from family and have no one to take care of my kids. Today, I had a nourishing body wrap from Kristyn which was a fun experience and definitely relaxing. Between Brooke and Kristyn, I love their whole vibe and they made me feel good and relaxed.

Amazing!!!! Amazing!!!! Amazing experience!!!! Everything from the atmosphere to the staff made for the relaxing experience I was searching for. My Massage Therapist, Byron, paid attention to exactly what I needed and delivered an awesome experience. In the end he even have me recommendations on what to do until my next visit. I will definitely be back soon.

Spavia is a very professional and relaxing establishment. Recently, I purchased a gift card that included a free facial. I scheduled my massage and facial immediately. This was my second visit. I absolutely commend Kristyn and Bailey on their services, as they were extremely polite and very skilled. I was so pleased with everything, I ended up buying a membership. Looking forward to my next appointment.
