I have been here multiple times and they never disappoint me. All the staffs are very good at their work. Very welcoming and friendly. Best massage place in the town. Recently went there after having baby and they give me the best deep tissue massage.

They were late getting to us because there was a big party of ladies who were finishing up. The waiting area was full (and not so big) and people had to stand up in order for us to get out and go inside. We purchased a relaxing couples 3 hour+. The sheets were crisp and smelled really clean/good. The led blinking lights were a little over the top. We started out with full body massage, then we received our Complimentary Champagne/Mimosa for the delay. Then the facial and scalp treatment. I also requested that we not have strong scents as I will have a reaction, and for the most part except for 1 thing out of the 8 things they used on the facial has a mild scent to it. Then Scalp massage and then body scrub. I think for the price, they went all out, and all staff were nice and courteous. Things they can do for improvement: put groups/with their food and drinks towards the far end of the waiting room, and line up single chairs on one side. That way when the groups has to leave they do not need everyone to get up and let people out. For people who are there for 2 hours or more, please offer a body towel to wrap around their bodies or better yet, a robe and slippers. So we don't have to get all dressed up to use the restroom (we had to do this twice.) We did get offered hot stone for the massage for $20, buy one get one free. We said no and that was that. All in all, the experience was great for the price, it could have gone better but I suppose the delay can be caused by the clients, and the staff were very apologetic and compensated us with the drinks and extra service.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience. The staff was nice. The place was clean. It’s smelled good. The only reason why I give it a three star because the services felt overpriced to me. I got a deep tissue massage and a facial, but I felt like the deep tissue massage was not a deep tissue massage. It was a regular massage And the facial was good. I felt like she really like massage my upper body and really cleaned my face, but I felt like the skin care products were cheap. Just for the price, I would’ve wanted a firmer massage and better quality products used on my skin. I would maybe recommend this place for a regular massage but anything else is a hard no for me.
