My husband and I absolutely love our monthly massages. The environment is relaxing and we always walk away relaxed, very relaxed and ready to go to sleep. Yep it's how relaxing it is. She focuses on the areas you discuss and other areas you didn't know needed attention. It's a monthly investment in our health and worth it.

I’ve been a monthly client of Regina’s with Relax and Restore Therapeutic Massage for over two years. Her knowledge of therapeutic massage is unmatched. While I normally see her for general massage therapy for every day aches and pains, as a licensed massage therapist, she has correctly ascertained a couple of my soft tissue injuries faster and with more accuracy than the initial physician and physical therapist I was seeing for the issues. Her ensuing treatments then were far more beneficial than the medications and therapy I at first received from my medical professional. Regina is personable and puts you at ease from the start. Regina is truly a treasure and I feel that the advice and therapies that she provides are a great value for the price paid.

Regina, is the absolute best. I knew from the phone call she was the person for me. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and informative of her profession. She informed my husband how to properly massage me in between my visits. The service I received was a lymphatic massage.

Regina really took the time to do a proper consult and focused on my back and neck that’s been giving me the most trouble along with guidance to continue care or other treatments.
