Love this place! I always come when I’m feeling sick or I feel that my immune system is running low. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease (I hate needles). I never thought I would ever voluntarily get an IV but I feel so great afterwards it’s so worth it!

had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. While the initial consultation seemed knowledgeable, the overall organization and communication were extremely poor. I paid $75 in advance for a follow up online appointment and received the receipt via email, so they clearly had my correct email on file. On the morning of the appointment, they even called to confirm the email for the virtual visit. However, when the appointment time came, no one contacted me or sent any link. After I called the clinic myself, I was put on hold and then told by the nurse practitioner that I would need to reschedule because they claimed I had provided the wrong email which made no sense, since they had already emailed me the receipt. There was no apology, no accountability, and no consideration for the fact that I left work early and rearranged my schedule for this appointment. If I hadn’t called them, I would have been waiting indefinitely with no communication. I ultimately requested a refund and decided not to proceed with their services. Very unprofessional experience overall.

This place is wonderful. Everone is super nice and accommodating. The nurses explain everything that's going on and know just what to recommend. I highly recommend!
