I cannot say enough about my experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Carmel. Complete satisfaction from start to finish. Micah has been phenomenal. She is personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly tailors my care to exactly what I need. As a nurse practitioner myself, I recognize exceptional, individualized care and this team absolutely delivers. They have played a huge role in helping me recover from a complicated post op course with anemia and fatigue. I am so grateful to have found such a caring, high quality group and I am excited to eventually transition into the preventive wellness side. Highly recommend.

All I have to say is how did I survive before starting to come here?! I am in my 50’s and I take care of myself and do what I need to so I can stay healthy. At the recommendation of a friend I decided to try Prime just to supplement what I was already doing. I am a nurse and let’s be honest despite supplements, working out, and eating right it’s hard to give your body what it needs. I was still missing something. Coming to Prime was the best decision I have ever made! I go every 2 weeks and when I am due to go my body craves it, I can tell I am needing to go. While my body is being fueled with what it needs I get an hour long massage in the most amazing massage chairs I have ever sat in, welcomed with a warm or cold hand towel, healthy flavored water, and catered to like I just walked in for a spa day. The owners Jeff and Kerry as well as their entire staff are beyond welcoming, caring, sincere and genuinely care about what it is you are wanting to achieve with your health goals. Micah, one of the nurses, is exceptional with her knowledge, attention to detail and general desire to listen to you. You can tell she wants to help you reach your health goals and sincerely cares. I highly recommend this company and location!! Trust me go try it out, you will not regret it!

We had a great experience. My husband and I both had infusions and noticed how much better we felt and how improved our mobility was. Our RN was Micah and she is amazing. She has great recommendations, is knowledgeable, is kind, and very efficient. I love this spa. The massage chairs are fantastic.

I love Prime IV! I’ve had the glutathione injection and immediately noticed I didn’t have my usual midafternoon slump. I love all the benefits it has to offer & plan on being a regular patient. The staff is wonderful and the office is clean, comfortable & relaxing. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Micah did my injection & I hardy felt a thing. Highly recommend!!

Life changing. I previously went to my doctor and got lab work done. I’ve been so tired, fatigued and just don’t feel like myself. Everything came back normal, I got no answers and was sent off to deal. I decided to try an infusion, even though I was extremely skeptical, and man am I extremely pleased with the results! I feel better than I expected and honestly a few years younger! I am saving so much on preventative health as well! Thank you Prime IV for giving me my life back!
