Absolutely incredible 🥳 The moment you walk into the spa starts your relaxing experience. You get welcomed with yummy hydration water, a warm or cold towel that smells amazing, and the nicest front desk converge. From there you get to consult with a very knowledgeable nurse that helps you decide what drip works best for your goals. The IV start was flawless and didn’t hurt at all. All of the nurses are so helpful and informative. I love that my drip was made from scratch. They make your drip right after you decide and it is made while you get comfortable in the best massage chair. The massage chair is incredible. It is absolutely such an added bonus to an already amazing IV infusion wellness clinic. I have been to several IV spas and this is by far the best I have ever experienced. I make sure to get 2 infusions a month. They have amazing membership packages so you can meet your health and wellness goals while being on a budget. Thank you Prime IV. You are all incredible 💕

Wonderful experience! Love stopping in after long travels especially through airports for an immunity boost. Such a bit of luxury finally available in the Midwest. Jeff, one of the owners, is the epitome of vitality at the door. He's there to offer you pampering through the flavored water of the day and a hot towel from the moment you walk in. Mattie, the RN, is always so friendly and calming. It's better than any health spa in the area. You'll be relaxed and pampered from start to finish and leave with days ahead of energy. Highly recommend! Can totally see this becoming a post Bachelorette weekend addition to plans with the girls with the multiple massage chairs set up. Book now before everyone starts reserving the room! Easy parking and plenty of food and drink places popping up quickly within walking distance. Will absolutely return!

I had a great overall experience at PRIME IV and would absolutely recommend trying it. From the moment we walked in, the office felt clean, warm, and inviting. We were greeted by the sweetest girl at the front desk who checked us in and even acknowledged my husband’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were then taken back to our room and met our RN, Mattie, who was also wonderful — very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Both women made us feel comfortable right away. Based on my research, I knew exactly what I wanted: the Myers Cocktail with one add-on. The IV process was quick and easy, and then we were off to the zero-gravity massage chairs — which were amazing and incredibly relaxing. Before sharing any suggestions, I want to be clear: this place is awesome, and if you’re thinking about trying PRIME IV, you absolutely should. That said, I do have a few pieces of honest feedback. On a first visit, it felt overwhelming to be presented with multiple sales packages while we were actively getting IVs started. I completely understand that the team has packages to offer — that’s their job — but it created information overload during a time that’s supposed to be calming. I found myself thinking about pricing and upsells instead of fully relaxing, even while in the massage chairs. I think it would be much better to review packages at checkout, with a simple printout showing what today’s visit cost versus what it would cost with a membership or package. That would make the value and savings much clearer. Pricing was another area of confusion. I had signed up for the $85 IV vouchers (confirmed via marketing texts) and added one shot to my Myers. Based on that, I expected our total for my husband and me to be around $240 (even less after they kindly comped my husband’s shot). Instead, the total came to $350 before tip. I didn’t receive an itemized receipt and couldn’t find a breakdown in my online account afterward, which was disappointing. While I could have asked in the moment, it was my husband’s birthday and I didn’t want to make a scene — I just expected transparency afterward. Lastly, the marketing texts. I understand this location is new, and I work in marketing myself, so I know systems aren’t always perfect. However, there were multiple confusing messages — wrong times, reschedules, and frequent promotional texts. Receiving multiple marketing texts per day, especially when I already had an appointment scheduled, felt like a bit much and almost pushed me to unsubscribe. Overall, the staff, atmosphere, and treatment itself were fantastic. With clearer pricing transparency, better timing around package discussions, and streamlined marketing communication, PRIME IV could be truly exceptional.

I really enjoyed trying the new spot at Zionsville. They were so welcoming. Emily was my nurse and she was so detailed and incredible. Unfortunately, when I tried to cancel my one’s membership that I inquired to pay in one time, they tried to make a fuss out of it. My second session wasn’t the best. I experienced some serious side effects with the drip, and the staff kept getting me confused with what I could get with my plans and what I couldn’t which isn’t a big deal to me. My biggest concern is telling me that I couldn’t get a refund when I paid $1700 and only had two sessions. Ms. Alex, a staff there told me on the phone that I couldn’t get a refund. She suggested that I try selling my package to a friend. She stated that I already benefited from it so I shouldn’t get a refund. In my opinion, it’s pretty simple, do the math and subtract the two sessions from the money previously paid. I just wanted to update my review here so you guys don’t do the same mistake than I did. Overall, it is a nice place with a creative concept, just that some of the staff are not knowledgeable enough.

This was my first time at Prime IV. I’m really scared of needles, but Emily and Brady made me feel so much better and it was super quick and easy. It didn’t hurt at all. The massage chairs were amazing and I’m feeling so refreshed energized after my drip!
