I have been going to Integrated Health Solutions for over a year now for routine back care and can honestly say I’m so glad I found this place! Dr. Grundman has been such a warm and caring presence for keeping my back feeling good, so good in fact I only need to see him once a month now! The facility is clean, staff is friendly, care is reasonably priced and has convenient parking! I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for routine care and professional doctors.

Started care with Dr. Goodwin for upper back pain and discomfort the office experience was great very clean office she started off by telling me about the business and all that is offered outside the chiropractor and acupuncture/ dry needling they offer cryotherapy , norma tec for the arms, hips and legs, ultra red sauna, and flotation therapy. She was very interested in my story as to what brought me in and very informative on why my issues are occurring she talked me through the treatment in language I could understand and showed me different exercises I could do on my own to help with my issue. I was worried about the idea of chiropractic care until I met these guys changed my whole mindset on the process. Thanks again Dr. Goodwin and team.

I started going to IHS for a lower lumbar disc issue/sciatica. I had tried regular physical therapy for it with little progress prior to that. I started seeing Dr. Grundman, who performed dry needling services, chiropractic adjustments, and did PT exercises with me. He is a very nice and helpful person, and really helped soothed any nerves I had about trying dry needling for the first time! I saw him twice a week for about 4 weeks and have experienced significant progress and pain relief. I’m really happy I started going to IHS and I can’t recommend the level of care here enough!
