My experience was great! I had a lymphatic "massage" and Crystal talked me through what she found and that info allows me to work on those areas afterwards. I also had a colon cleanse. Not going to lie- I was nervous. Crystal made me feel comfortable and talked me through the process before beginning. It was a totally private process. Highly recommend to anyone who might be nervous about the process. It was fascinating;).

Really wonderful people here. I drove down from Ft. Wayne for an appointment somewhere else and messed upy booking to see someone at Journey. They fit me in anyways and on top of everything, Kristie helped me find the right dental implant that my body would accept. She also helped me figure out what was going on in my body that was causing chronic pain for years. I am so grateful for her expertise in muscle testing that is non-invasive and a lot less money that going through all the other testing that I have done to figure out what is wrong (with no real answers). Also their office is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend!

The office is warm and welcoming, everyone has been helpful and friendly. I tried the lymphatic therapy with Katie, highly recommend!!She’s great at explaining the whole process and what to do after. I’ll be doing my 3rd one this week!

I'm so grateful that I learned about Journey Health and Wellness. I had experienced severe GERD, fatigue and constipation for 13 years and most recently bloating and weight gain. After working with Kristie and following her recommendations for 7 weeks, I feel so much better. She and her experienced and knowledgeable staff are a gift to anyone wanting to improve their health. Getting well is a journey as the name implies. However, it is one I am thankful to be on.
