Mystic beauty by Navi

Navi is the most talented esthetician I’ve ever worked with. I’m 37 years old and in the last few years, she’s completely transformed my skin. She’s given me great advice on products to use and is very detailed and knowledgeable on the science behind everything. I have been to a bunch of places over the years - high end spas, dermatologists, etc and Navi and Mystic Beauty is by far my #1 recommendation across anyone in Indianapolis!!

Navi knows exactly what my skin needs just by looking at it. I have been a loyal client of hers for an about 5 years. As long as she’s alive and we are both in Indiana, I won’t go anywhere else. I also don’t cheat on her for my skincare products. For instance, if I run out of my toner, I wait until she’s available to get the same toner. She is great at letting me come in to shop for products when I need them. I will say my skin care routine has improved immensely compared to what I was doing before. This woman knows EXACTLY what she's talking about and has been working in skin care and the spa industry for her entire career. She is one of the absolute sweetest people I know. Her kindness and good energy do not go unnoticed. Every time I see someone waiting in the lobby after me. I tell them how great she is and they always smile, look at me and say “I know, right?”. I have, and will continue to support her business. Her spa is located inside IPA gym off of Park and Ohio street. The spa is adorable and I know she prides herself on cleanliness and respect. No matter what the problem is with your skin, Navi will be able to help. I always tell her to “do whatever you think my skin needs” and I trust her every time. When she does a facial service, she takes out a lamp and puts goggles over your eyes to analyze your skin. NOT JUST DURING THE EXTRACTIONS. I think that’s very important rather than just me picking anything random because it sounds cool. I fully respect and take her suggestions for my skin into consideration. I trust Navi with my skin and she has helped me so much with my skin and my self esteem. I did have really bad acne and dealt with it my whole life. Even after taking antibiotics to get some relief with cystic acne in my teens, it still never subsided. I wish I would have met Navi years ago. Nowadays, between seeing Navi, following her guidance, and staying consistent with my skincare routine, I rarely have breakouts. She's a skin care wizard and offers a variety of skincare services. She does waxing, threading, facials, eyelash tinting, eyebrow tinting, and a few other services. She even provides a “men’s facial” option which I think is cool. My favorite facial is called the Oxygen RX. It’s very soothing, has a chocolate aroma, and leaves my skin feeling tight and refreshed. Navi uses Circadia brand products for her services. It’s a very good brand and not outrageously overpriced (compared to Lancôme or Skinceuticals). I only use the Circadia products at home to maintain my results. Skin care and self care is important to me. Everyone deserves to do something good for themselves every once in a while. I realize I am a more frequent flyer and like to “treat myself” more often than not. Like I said skincare is important to me and it truly does help. However, even if it’s just a quick eyebrow threading or waxing appointment, It literally DOES NOT MATTER! Whatever the appointment type, Navi will make you feel special, comfortable, and you leave looking great every time you see her. I recommend Navi to everyone I know. I have even given her services to family and friends as a gift. For my grandmothers 85th birthday I had Navi give my grandma her FIRST EVER facial. She absolutely loved it. Navi is SO professional and does her best EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I ALWAYS leave feeling and looking better than when I came in. She’s located downtown in a convenient location. The space is very nice. She always asks how I like the results when im done and helps do what’s best for my and my skin type. You can tell she really cares about what she does. Well, what are you waiting for?
