Made me feel very comfortable! From the time I called to set up an appointment. To the time I arrived.to the time I left!! I'm getting dentures top and bottom. And I am embarrassed for the lack of having a smile! Y'all made me feel welcomed! Y'all really put a smile on my face; Can't wait till my next appointment. So I can give y'all a SMILE that y'all deserve!! Thank y'all!!

Highly recommend this dental practice. As someone who HATES having dental procedures done, they do an excellent job at making it as easy as possible for you. Every staff member I have encountered has been great. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about their practice. Excellent patient care!!! So glad to have found them.

I had an excellent experience at CDG Highland Dental Group – Highland location! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and completely at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Scheduling was simple, the staff was friendly and professional, and the care I received was top-notch. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience. 5 out of 5 service – I would absolutely recommend CDG Highland Dental Group to anyone looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and easy to work with!

I have had an amazing experience at Crosstown Dental every single time I visit. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet, which makes each appointment comfortable and stress-free. The office is consistently clean, well-kept, and welcoming. I have been a patient for the past 4–5 years and have visited both locations, and I can confidently say I have always felt comfortable and well cared for at each one. Crosstown Dental truly provides excellent service and a positive patient experience. I highly recommend them.

I used to go to the Crosstown location and never had any issues. Once, I had to miss or reschedule an appointment and they graciously waived the cancellation fee. Later, when they stopped accepting my insurance at that site, I was transferred to the Highland location. Unfortunately, the experience there was very different. I had something come up on the day of my appointment and needed to reschedule. When I called, the woman I spoke with was very curt and immediately told me that because I was rescheduling same-day, other people needed those slots and they “would be very strict about the fee.” I asked if they could extend a one-time courtesy—especially since this was my first cancellation with this location—and explained that I genuinely could not afford the $75 fee. She showed no concern and simply replied that my profile showed I had used a courtesy back in May of last year. In my opinion, life happens, and allowing one courtesy per calendar year is reasonable—especially at a new location. Still, I respected their policy and asked her to remove my profile and cancel everything. Instead of offering a solution, alternatives, or even acknowledging the financial strain, she cheerfully said “Great!” and hung up. I would not recommend this location at all. I never received that kind of treatment at Crosstown, and I had been going there since about 2018. Their staff was always warm, friendly, and accommodating. I’m disappointed that my insurance no longer covers that location, but Highland left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not return or refer any of my colleagues or staff looking for dental care.
