I Thank and Praise God they accepted us on the spot (as a walk-in). They also took time to help with the paperwork. The dentist appeared to be very knowledgeable of what she was doing. After the exam, she did my grandbaby’s cleaning. Very friendly atmosphere. The workers work well with children and I have already started recommending them to other people. I signed up today to become a patient there. Blessings to all the staff and everyone that works there.🙏🏽

THE WAIT TIME WAS OUTRAGEOUS! I found this place because it’s very close to me & it had hundreds of 5 star reviews (4.9) at the time. The FIRST time: I came for an extraction. The wait time was a little over an hour and a half. It was a bit annoying 🙄 but I was already pretty nervous about having my front lateral incisor removed 🥴for my braces (it was an extra baby tooth). I assumed the long wait time was a rare occurrence. Besides, I was too distracted with my newfound snaggletooth insecurities to leave a review about it at the time but I got time today! The SECOND time: I came in for a simple cleaning & ended up waiting 3 hours! & I had to press them for that. 🤨 I kept asking for an update and they replied “soon” each and every time. The lobby wasn’t overflowing with patients so I didn’t understand. I did gave her grace because they said she was the only dentist working that day but at the same time they shouldn’t have booked so many appointments that they weren’t about to accommodate people in a reasonable time frame! 😤 I was late picking my son up from school and it was rainy cats and dogs that day. I was beyond irritated. They did a good job but I don’t care how close they are to my house, personally, I won’t be returning! 😒

Went there , Unprofessional , Nurse that cleaned my teeth was very nice but They office is fully nasty , X-ray room sounds like they use an generator for the machine. Every where in that office is nasty looks like they dont clean up at all. Didnt clean my teeth nothing but 5 minutes and barely flossed and they use mouth wash as teeth polish , Never again , Never had an cleanest this horrible , And the doctor come in for one minute didnt even really check mouth and she was aggressive , Had almost nothing to say , Ill be withdrawing.

My experience was okay went today for a fill in nurse was having trouble with getting X-rays that took about 30mins then went back to my room doctor came in and was very rough with the numbing after that she left and I was left in my room for over an hour and a half went to sleep and woke up still waiting. Finally came back in and roughly finished and rushed back out again. I think I’ll find another doctor to do my wisdom teeth

Receptionist was very nice and professional. I walked in with a toothache so painful that I was crying. The blk doctor walked in, no introduction. Everytime it was time for her to put anything in my mouth she was rude, no prompts and shoving everything in my mouth. When she was numbing me she didn’t try to make me feel comfortable at all. Her energy was so nasty. When she walked back in the room to pull I told her that I feel pain still especially at the bottom. She said “well I didn’t numb the bottom because I didn’t know it was a problem there” She then proceeded to shove in my mouth no prompts again. I stopped her and asked her can she let me know what she doing. She said “No because it going to make the process worse. I told her no it will make me feel better. As she shoving I’m making loud noise because there’s still pain which I told her when she walked in. As I’m making uncomfortable noises, her facial expressions looks like she’s frustrated. I asked her to stop. I said are you frustrated with me because I’m uncomfortable. She said “No I didn’t say I was” I said you acting like you frustrated with me while I’m in pain. She looked at the assistant and said “ I have a witness I haven’t did anything. I said see ma’am you making me more and more uncomfortable. At this point my tooth has been pulled on and now my pain is at a level10. She keep saying smart remarks. I asked her why is she making things worse with her comments. She said I’m not going to proceed I have to refer you because you said I doing something to you. I have never experienced nothing like this in my life. She was so rude and nasty. She didn’t care about me being in pain. She didn’t try to numb me more to ensure I was ready for surgery. I sent me out the door in more pain than I walked in.
