My son had his first dental emergency today at school. The extent of his emergency needed immediate attention. His dental office was closed so we had to quickly go to plan B. Thankfully school Nurse is just a wonderful, Nurse Sandy. She called this Dental office and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Inwardly, I was a ball of nerves. The professionalism of the staff won me over upon entering the building. The atmosphere was exactly what I needed for my mommy nerves and I wasn’t the patient. 🤣😊 The patient was very calm and relaxed. He matched their energy. 🙌🏾🫶🏾 The staff took EXCELLENT care of my son and I appreciate you all for doing so. Thank you from the depths of our / my heart. We will see you all in a few weeks. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. Excellent staff - they are always friendly, professional, and very attentive. I love this dentist office..The whole staff is so nice & welcoming..I recently got 2 teeth extracted one being a wisdom tooth & the whole experience was smooth & they made sure I was comfortable free of any pain prior to proceeding with the procedure & instructed me at anytime I felt pain or discomfort he would stop but everything went great

Everyone from the office workers to the doctor assistant to the doctor was great. New doctor for me and it was a very good experience.

I’ve never experienced any problems and the wait time has never been more than 15 minutes. They listen to my concerns and try to fit my appointments to MY. availability whenever possible. If the service changes, then I’ll do another review.
