Rachel was so amazing! My first experience in St. Louis location was not pleasant and she listen to my concerns. Rachel made sure that I was comfortable the whole time during my treatment. She is very nice and my experience is awesome this time. So, I made an appointment with her again for my next treatment. The facility was very clean and the people in the front desk was nice as well! My experience so far is the best a 10 out of 10. Let's start with the warm welcome you come in to. Everyone is a joy. Then my nurse she's an angel she is very nice and she is very informative. Even though you may have done the research she still make sure you understand everything and she's real. If she say something may be uncomfortable for a certain amount of time, you better believe it. I feel exactly how she said my first treatment was gonna feel. I love that I trust the crew at ideal image Germantown memphis. I have a few more treatments and im looking forward to it!!!!!! I'll let you know how the results came!

Vicky did an awesome job with my fillers and botox I had done today. The front of the office team were very helpful and welcoming as well. I will definitely be coming back!!!

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. My injector was also very sweet and well informed. She was able to help answer all my questions to achieve the results I desired. A very inviting and comfortable experience. Highly recommend. :)
