Aliana hands down does the best sugaring! She immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable no matter what you are having sugared. Aliana takes sensitive skin seriously and is incredibly knowledgeable and comfortable working with it! I have gotten sugared by a number of people over the years in multiple states and no one holds a candle to Alaina. Her technique is less painful than others and I get fewer ingrowns. On top of that she is such a genuinely awesome human- I have really enjoyed getting to know her. I recently started the electrolysis process with Aliana and it has been amazing. She is very attentive to my comfort level and so patient. I appreciate that she understands the science behind it so well and explains it in a way I can understand! Love Laine is a beautiful space in the heart of Memphis! Everyone is so fun and friendly. The vibes are infectious- you walk in and feel uplifted, inspired and at home.

Alaina was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease— during my first visit. The technique was quick, effective, and far less painful than I expected. My skin felt smooth and soft with no irritation afterward, and the results lasted much longer than waxing. They clearly use high-quality products and maintain the highest standards of hygiene. What I appreciated most was how informative and kind the staff were! Also Alaina walked me through the whole process and gave me great aftercare tips.
