I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Lawrence and his team recently. From start to finish they did an outstanding job. Many years previously I had saline implants put in and one deflated a few months ago. They were under warranty and the company paid a good bit toward surgery to fix it. What I want to highlight is that this practice is even better than it was 6 years ago. I love it when I visit a practice or business years later to find that they implemented ways to make the customer experience level be above and beyond expectations. It was in the small details and big details. I really appreciated the whole team and Dr Lawrence’s expertise and care they showed for me. Dr. Lawrence even had new things implemented to increase the healing process and help with post surgery. This shows me he is a doctor who never stops learning and growing in his practice. I was comfortable after surgery and did not have any pain. Just sore. Really top notch amazing team! I could go on and on about the details but I don’t want to write a book. Thank you again for taking care of me!

I cannot say enough good things about Germantown Aesthetics and Dr. Laurence. I came in dealing with chronic neck tension and TMJ pain, and the care I’ve received has been genuinely life-changing. From the very first visit, I felt listened to, cared for, and confident that I was in expert hands. Dr. Laurence is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach — he takes the time to understand what’s actually going on and tailors treatment accordingly. The entire Germantown Aesthetics team is warm, professional, and a joy to work with. Every appointment feels seamless, supportive, and effective. My pain has improved so significantly that it’s hardly noticeable, and I honestly wish I had found them sooner. If you’re dealing with TMJ, neck pain, or chronic neck pain — this is the place! Couldn’t recommend them more. Last thing: they are also great with aesthetics. My face Botox looks great 😍 safe to say that all the girls should go to GA! I initially wasn’t planning to write a detailed review, but after receiving communication from Germantown Aesthetics the morning after I left my rating - following nearly a month of no response - I think it’s only fair to explain why I rated my experience two stars. To start, during my consultation, I noticed that the surgical coordinator was scrolling through her phone while I was in her office asking questions about the process. I didn’t feel that was appropriate or professional. While I initially took it as a red flag, I decided to overlook it at the time - but looking back, I think it reflected the larger communication issues that followed. As discussed during my consultation, I was instructed to get a mammogram, which I did. Upon leaving, the clinic informed me that they would send the results directly to Germantown Aesthetics after the doctor reviewed them. (I would have had to return the next day to pick up a copy myself, so I felt this approach made the most sense.) I followed up several times afterward to confirm that my mammogram results were received, and for a little over a week, I either got conflicting information or no response at all. Eventually, I was told by the surgical coordinator that my results were “for me” and that I could still go ahead and schedule my pre-op appointment and surgery — even though I was uncomfortable moving forward without the surgeon reviewing my results first. A little over a week later, I finally learned that my results had been sitting on the Dr. Laurence’s desk, but I never received the promised follow-up call. I decided at that point not to move forward with this practice. The very morning after I left my rating, I received a call from the surgical coordinator offering an apology and a discount to move forward. While I appreciate the gesture, I was told “we’re human - this was a mistake; things fall through the cracks sometimes.” I understand mistakes happen, but I’m not sure how I slipped through the cracks when I had been calling almost daily for updates. After considering the offer, I ultimately realized I would have much preferred timely communication and professionalism during the actual process. I’m sharing this experience not to be harsh, but to be transparent. Communication and follow-through matter, especially when it comes to medical procedures of this nature. I do want to note that those in reception, as well as Dr. Laurence, are very nice to work with. My consultation with him was smooth, and he seems very knowledgeable and personable. I truly wish I could’ve moved forward here, but I don’t feel confident that I’d receive the consistency and attentiveness I would hope for during such an important, personal procedure.

My family has been happily visiting the practice for the past 3 years and will continue because they treat every patient like an esteemed guest! Giving you the confidence to always do your best Taking no effort in being the most generous! Our latest visit was for my daughter whom developed a wart under her lip and with no luck from several dermatologists and pediatricians, I turned to my favorite never failing family at GA. They made me and my little girl feel comfortable and reassured that they could help! One “Beetle juice” treatment later and the wart was gone and her beautiful smile returned! We are extremely grateful for Dr. Lawrence, Gina, Lydia, Erica, and all the super heroes that make up their staff! After visiting this group believe you will know the meaning of the word happiness!

I am overdue for a V.I. peel and look forward to seeing these great people soon. I'm a 55 y.o. man, and all of my high school classmates want to know how I have kept such a youthful appearance.
