Voice message says your call will be returned in 24 hours. Left 3 messages with Kimberly's assistant about my medications, never received a call back. No missed calls. No voicemails. Called 4th time. The phone nurse was assisting another call and I was told she would call me back. But I have decided to move on and find care elsewhere.

. My five stars go to Jodi Holmes NP. My first visit was with Saba PA. I was there for a whole body exam. Lets just say I did not get one at all. There were 3 places that I had to send her back to look at and she froze 2 of them and biopsied the third. She found nothing on her own. A couple of days later while at the gym I got in a conversation with a gentleman and he had the very same experience with her. He said "I was thinking maybe she was not wanting to look at a man" He referred me to Jodie Holmes NP. Oh my gosh.... What a wonderful experience. She and her MA , Malli were amazing. Jodie ended up freezing 5 spots and diagnosing one of the problems that I also asked Saba to look at. My diagnosis was psoriasis. I would not recommend Saba if you really want a thorough exam. I will definitely be returning to Jodie for all dermatology needs.

I made an appt for my daughter. The PA was very good and the front desk was excellent. My complaint is billing. We were charged extra because she was new but nothing in writing to inform me of the extra $45. I’ve never heard of this and I’ve been a nurse for over 30 yrs. I asked billing why patients aren’t aware of policy. Adrienne replied we never had too. I think her name was Adrienne unsure. So, I had to give a low score. Customers need to pay close attention to their money!!!!! Arlington

Out of 3 appointments I've had here, they have cancelled 2 of them last minute. They constantly text you warnings that you will be charged a fee if you cancel within 24 hours, but have done it to me 60% of the time. I should have listened to the reviews about the lack of care for your patients time. Both times I adjusted my schedule around these appointments and got coverage for work, only to be told the night before or the morning of my provider can no longer see me at my appointment time.

Jodie Holmes is the best! She is very knowledgeable, capable, and caring. She was not in a rush. She took her time and took care of all my needs and patiently answered all my questions. She was very personable. I was very pleased and won’t go anywhere else.
