The Lash Lounge

The girl was really nice but my lashes are not the cat eye lashes I requested . They are also so sparse that you can barely tell they are there. They do not match the shape I asked for or the level of fullness for a level 1. This is my first time getting lashes and I will be taking them off as soon as I get home. A waste of two hours and 200 dollars.

My overall experience was very disappointing. The only good thing about it was my sweet sweet tech. Her spirt was very kind and calming. But my lashes were not full at all. To the point where I didn’t want to complain about making them fuller because apparently they charge for that. Which I would have no problem paying if that’s what I asked for, but they weren’t even full to make them fuller. I asked if they appeared full to her, but that’s their “full” lashes that she did. It’s a week later and I only have a few lashes left. And there wasn’t that many to begin with. I also added threaded brows to my service just so she can pluck them off with tweezers majority of the time. I got complimented on how healthy my natural lashes were and how they were plentiful. But they still looked the same once she was done. So I didn’t complain to them at the facility because I vowed to never return. I feel like it’s a scam considering my lashes weren’t full so it made me inquire about making them fuller which is just a business’s way of getting extra money out of you…. They will never get my funds or time again. So I pray they do better in the future.

There was confusion on pricing & membership, but everyone is very kind and overall it’s a great service. This is my first time so I think there’s a bit of a learning process in getting exactly what I envisioned. BUT I LOVE MY LASHES @ I’d def recommend The Lash Lounge.

My lash artist Maddox was great, the environment was very friendly and calming. She did a great job on the lashes and explained everything perfectly. I highly recommend!
