I visited the Hacks Cross location. Shoutout to Jenny! She was very friendly and efficient! She waxed and threaded my eyebrows, they looked so good when she finished! I Will definitely be back again! 10/10

She’s so sweet, truly listens to what you want, and makes you feel comfortable the entire appointment. Her attention to detail is top tier and the results are always perfect. Seems was amazing and quick! She cleaned me up extremely well. I went in seeking wax services. She was friendly, personable and efficient.

I definitely was given a new person. I got eyebrow and top lip wax. She wax over my top lip multiple times so much so that I have scars in my lip thats is still burning eight hours later. As far as my eyebrows she waxed it, tweezed it and threaded my eyebrows and they still look like a long loss second removed cousins. My eyebrows also have scarring on them. When she finished I had to ASK her to put aloe vera she proceeded to slap it on my face and it got all the way in my mouth. A terrible experience do not go here or make sure that they put someone experienced on you.

****HIGHLY RECOMMEND**** My first time here the customer service is 10/10. My appointment was at 1:45 with Seema but by me being already in the area I went a hour early. It wasn’t busy at all. I got the eyebrows wax service and I was not expecting the threading at the end to clean up 😩 Threading is not my thing, but she did a good job 👏🏾
