I am so disappointed in this business. I have been going to the appling location for years but I guess that is coming to an end. I was informed Thursday that my favorite masseuse Mike moved to this location. I went there but Mike was with another customer. There was a lady willing to do my massage and although I was hesitant I let her do it. I paid for a 90 minute CBD massage ($135 and tipped $10 cash and the didn’t even get my feet massaged) I reached out to the manager because although they are nice I still expect to get proper service especially for the money that I spend. The manager was nice but I could tell was a little standoffish with me. I told him that I have been patronizing his business for years and usually go to Mike and have ever had Dave before, I never had any issues. Usually with 90 minutes they’ll do 60 minutes body and 30 minutes feet. The manager (owner) offered to send me 15% off on my next service. I was like okay cool because I was going to take more of my money into this business next week and just get another massage and be sure to get Mike. I spoke to the owner that morning. He never sent the 15% off. I texted him later that evening just to follow up so I don’t forget. Never got a response. The only thing that I can think of from my contact with him is that he doesn’t take me seriously since I am a black woman. That’s fine. I’ll take my black dollars elsewhere. I’ll always let everyone know that I referred to this place to go elsewhere! They’re are hundreds of massage places and Groupon deals that would actually save me money. I stuck with these people due to previous great experiences but honestly after interacting with the owner I just feel I can’t patronize his pockets anymore

I have a lot of back, shoulder, and neck pain. Chloe was my therapist (last month) and she was amazing. I appreciate how straightforward/easy it was to schedule. I did have to wait a bit past my appointment time and she left the room a couple times, but she was very nice and really focused on my problem areas. I think she did go a bit over my allotted time to make up for the delay, but I honestly wasn’t counting the minutes after she was done with me. 10/10 I requested a very hard/deep massage after weeks of unbearable pain (I told her “please kill me, no limit on pressure”) and she more than complied! Sometimes I feel like massage therapists will get tired and just do what is easier for them, but bless her heart, she really climbed up on that table and got *deep* into my knots with her full body weight! She worked on a knot I hadn’t realized was bothering me soo bad until it was gone in my lower back. She really knows what she’s doing. I really made the appointment for a particularly horrible pain in my neck, and asked her to focus there. She started working on muscles in my shoulder and back and I felt relief in my neck before she even got there. She obviously has a good understanding of how the muscles are connected internally. Anyway it’s been a month and I’d still hug her if I could! I just can’t believe the relief I still have and I definitely plan to go back.

I am the type to give a review on anything but, I really had to with this experience. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and she started my massage at 9:46 a.m. I was totally fine with that as long as you made up that timing. She stopped my massage at exactly 11:30 a.m. as if she started at 9:30 a.m. I requested a 2 hour massage for $140. I went to pay in cash for my massage because, if you pay with a card it will be a 3.5% extra charge which is crazy. I paid her the $140 and before I could think about tipping she instantly said tip please. I asked her do I have to tip and she said yes. Don't get me wrong I love to tip a person that shows me the worth of a tip. The fact that you stopped at EXACTLY 11:30 a.m. and you knew you didn't start on time let me know that your massage wasn't for me to be comfortable to come back. I handed you $3 just to let you know how I felt about your massage. You had the audacity to turn to me and say $3. That's what you deserve after I paid $140 for some bull crap while this economy is insane. NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

I went for a couples massage last night & we both enjoyed! The facility was clean, staff were very welcoming, & the prices were very affordable. I can’t wait to go again!

Came in on a Sunday morning feeling tight and tired. Left out of there SO RELAXED & REJUVENATED! My therapist was Jack and Hubby had Ana. We both got the Thai Massage for 90 minutes and it was well worth it!! We are definitely coming back again.
