Monique is an amazing masseuse. She definitely has the healers touch. That 1 hour session was much needed and Ill be going monthly for self-care/love. You won't regret going, shes so good with her hands and her energy and vibe is out of this world!! Thank you girl!

Monique is a masterful masseuse and energy healer. I always leave in much better shape than I arrive and the skills she brings with reiki and essential oils are a nice compliment to her strong and talented hands! She’s just a wonderful person with great energy and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I was introduced by Monique by a friend, and I am very thankful for it. Monique was extremely professional. She had the room prepared prior to appointment and took the first couple of minutes to ask questions about my health, current lifestyle, etc. in order to determine what would work best for me during my 60-minute massage. Afterwards, I did a detox bath which was relaxing. Although this was my first time and honestly, I was just trying something, she explained to me the benefits of the process. Next time, I will take notice of my before and after feelings and response. I greatly appreciate the place being quiet and very clean even in the common areas. Monique has a very upbeat and welcoming personality which I appreciate. I will make her part of my ongoing wellness practice. Definitely one of the best massage therapists I have experienced.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Monique. She is full of positive energy. She has created a space which exudes peace, calm and relaxation.
