Champalou Spa

My goodness, where do I even begin? I guess it could be summed up as "I'm hooked on Champalou Spa and Nikita's magical hands!" I'm a 41 year old woman that had only experienced two massages in her life prior to coming to Champalou Spa. I tend to get a lot of knots in my back, soreness in my trapezius muscles, and stress tension, that causes pain to the point that I get lidocaine shots for some relief. My doctor is actually the one that recommended I start to get massages to work out the knots and tension, so I thought I'd give it a shot and see how it goes. The short version of the conclusion is...it was a major success! Since I've started getting monthly massages, I've noticed a significant decrease in the pain/tension in my back and neck, even to the point of not needing to get the shots anymore. I also find myself significantly more relaxed and focused when I'm done.Nikita was assigned as my massage therapist on my first visit, and she's been absolutely amazing ever since! Every time I come in she always asks if there's any specific places that have been bothering me, and she's sure to focus on those areas. She's also very sweet and funny, which adds to the experience as a whole! I also want to be sure to mention how kind and professional Nikita, Jenilee (the owner), Emmy, and the rest of the staff are. They're always very accommodating and attentive from the moment you step through the door until you leave. I also want to mention that they have a large array of services with very fair prices and very knowledgeable therapists. I highly recommend Champalou Spa to anyone looking for pain relief, or even just to relax and rejuvenate both their mind and body! I'd like to send a huge thank you to Nikita, and the rest of the staff, for giving me a better quality of life!

Be careful using their skin care lines. It goes bad and separates within months. I was gifted one line and tried another line to see. One was purchased in June 2025 and the other I tried during their open house in November 2025. Honestly, all ingredients are the same it seems, expect the essential oils. Sadly, the skin care failed to meet my expectations. When I tried to reach out to the spa a few months ago, all I was met with is “do you take new or different medication”, “give it a few days, your skin is purging” and “try a different line”. Thankfully, once I discontinued their products my skin has finally been able to calm down and get back to normal.

Had my first visit today. Got a one hour Swedish massage from Val. She is GREAT! Getting massages can be a little awkward for some people. She is so kind and makes you feel 100% comfortable. The massage itself was splendid, along with the hot towels, the soothing music, and the essential oils in the air. The young woman at reception was super kind too. I cannot wait for my next massage with Val at Champalou!

Got a my very first facial from Tiffany. She was so patient and gentle on my face and had a great personality. I will be back soon!

Oh my goodness!! 3 people recommended me to go there for my birthday spa experience and let me tell you it was a darling experience.....quaint, tranquil, professional staff, great customer service..it was great meeting owner Jennilee!!
