A Great Massage (Asian Massage Therapy for Pain, Stress and Relaxation)

On Thursday, 02/26/2026, I called and booked an appointment for a couples massage for Saturday at noon at the Sanderlin Ave location. The appointment was confirmed for 12pm. We arrived on time, but the staff said they were busy and told us to go to the Germantown location on West St. They reassured us that there were two masseuses available right then. We drove about 20 minutes to the West St location and waited for 35 minutes to never get acknowledged by anyone at the business. A staff member came from the back, looked at us and went back. She never said anything. We waited for a bit longer before calling the same number previously called to see what the holdup was. They said all of their places were booked and that the Collierville location was available. Now we've waisted a good portion of the day getting ready for a booked massage appointment that never happened. I do not recommend any of their locations because they are not just unprofessional, but because they have no efficient booking procedures and absolutely no kind of customer service. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

My massage with Lia was exceptional. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns before starting, and her skilled hands found every knot and tight spot I didn't even know I had. Her pressure was perfect—firm yet adaptable, exactly what I needed. She has an intuitive touch and a truly healing presence. Thank you, Lia, for such a therapeutic and relaxing experience. I'll definitely be requesting her again!

I refused to give them more of my business. I went, paid for the $100 deep tissues. It was great. However when we finished i paid the $100 plus a $20 tip. The masseur protested that he should get more! This was a few years ago when 15% was considered the standard. His protests took me by surprise since I was tipping above the standard. He said that he'd worked really hard on me and deserved MORE! I was shocked at his behavior. He was incensed and was acting as if I was cheating him. I was frankly embarrassed by the scene and certainly didn't want to "short" him. So I then offered forth the remaining cash I had and asked him how much more he thought that I owed him. He reached out and took another $20 from my hands. I was dumbstruck. I couldn't believe he was expecting and TOOK a 40% tip!! I walked away feeling very offended and taken advantage of. Needless to say that ruined whatever good the massage had done. They do great work but I resent being treated so horribly. They SUCK- big time!!! A the saying goes "people may forget what you said, people may forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. "

Jason, thank you so much, and thank you to the shop at 2074 West Germantown Street. I often come here to relax because of back pain from work. Jason's technique was very strong; he paid special attention to strengthening my lower back muscles. After the massage, I felt all my tense muscles relax. The shop is clean and tidy; although not particularly luxurious, it's very comfortable. The service is also very warm and attentive; they even proactively offered bottled water. It's great value for money, and definitely worth a massage when you're tired.
