Pro Health Clinic - Germantown

Did not have the best experience. Called to try to set an appointment and was told to just come in as a walkin. I then informed the lady i was coming in for sinus cocktail shot, asked a couple questions regarding pricing and using HSA. Arrived a little after 2:00pm with three ladies at the front desk. Before I could sign in i was asked what bought me, i said a cocktail shot, she asked have you been treating it at home? I replied with just my daily allergy med that i take. She responded well we can’t treat you because you have to take over the counter meds first. I asked why wasn’t i told this when I called. I was told first ( by the receptionist) I’m not medical so i didn’t ask. (First thought well why are you working at a medical clinic 🤦🏾‍♀️.) Second Lady chimed in and said higher ups don’t want us telling you that over the phone. Not the best customer service if you already feeling bad and you drag your self up there to be told you can’t be treated even after you called ahead. Higher ups need to change that policy.

Easy check in. Very friendly front desk. Saw the nurse open all vials and put in contaminated bucket. Everything was great until check out. I left my room and noticed they sent someone in immediately after me- did not Lysol or disinfectant the room. I will go back but will bring my own wipes and would advise anyone to do the same.

The ladies at the front desk all the way to the NP I saw when my sinuses were giving me a fit were absolutely amazing! Very professional and caring! I definitely will be back! I got a sinus cocktail shot and a medrol dose pk! I was in and out within 15 min. With my busy work schedule this was and will be my go to place!

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here. They are always smiley, friendly, and helping me to figure out the best options for the best value. Crystal in particular at the front desk is always a 10/10!!!!

Highly recommend. Having trouble kicking a cold and went in looking for a sinus cocktail shot. They treated me better than any urgent care I’ve gone to. Actually seemed to care about me and my symptoms and made sure the sinus cocktail shot would be beneficial to me instead of just rushing me out so they could get to the next person. AND I was out in 30 minutes. Will absolutely be back and recommend Silo Pro Health to everyone!
