Gould's Salon Spa - Poplar Plaza

Went and had a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was fine but the manicure was not..the nail polish used was runny .. no hand massage or warm towels used. The manicurist was relatively okay but not really experienced to be working at a place that charges for everything.. when I showed the people at the front desk my nails they agreed to redo them at another time and manicurist and then called later to cancel the appointment because they decided that it was my nail beds and I should have gotten another kind of manicure.like how was I suppose to know that. Anyway I will never go there again.. my son gives me 180 dollar gift card every year for my birthday. I spent 90 dollars for the service. Not worth it

I absolutely love this salon! Everyone is so warm and friendly—you can truly tell the team feels like one big, supportive family of coworkers. I’ve been going to Zoë for about 5 years now for my cuts and color, and I can’t say enough great things about her! She’s incredibly punctual (no waiting around for appointments!), a total genius with color, and honestly the only stylist who’s ever been able to handle my coarse, thick hair and make it look absolutely beautiful every single time. She just gets it right, transforming it into something I feel confident and excited about. I HIGHLY recommend Gould’s Salon Spa (especially the Poplar Plaza location) and Zoë to anyone looking for exceptional service and results. You won’t be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of getting a deep tissue massage from Tria. She is nothing short of amazing. She is very personable and very talented. She immediately makes you feel comfortable. She asks all of the right questions to make sure you walk away better than you came. Her techniques are intentional. I am hooked. I would definitely recommend her. You will not leave disappointed.

Excellent service and haircut and style by Madison. I highly recommend! She listened to the cut I wanted and followed a picture I had for reference. She was amazing! Great experience
