Dr. Tran and her staff are amazing! Springhurst Hills Dentistry was recommended to me by a friend when I moved to Louisville and now I recommend this team to anyone looking for a new dentist. Every experience I’ve had here from being greeted by Kaelin to having my teeth cleaned by Ashton to Dr. Tran’s guidance on keeping my teeth and gums healthy has been wonderful. I truly feel like a valued patient here because everyone on the team makes sure that I am.

We have been going to Springhurst Hills Dentistry since we moved here in 2017. They have seen my kids grow up and still are taking care of them being young adults. The care that we have received with Dr. Tran and her staff has been exemplary! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great dentist and staff that genuinely care about you.

After almost 2 years, I cancelled my next dental appointment at Springhurst Hills Dentistry during my child's appointment on 1/7/26. Pros: 1. Ashton! She's an awesome and very friendly/knowledgable hygienist. 2. Dr Tran is personable. Cons: 1. Vacation schedules (which is understandable for a small office, but difficult to manage when a dental need arises) 2. Front office customer service. 3. Terrible parking and driving around their parking lot given the lot layout and the other businesses Ultimately, it was the front office customer service that prompted this review and us switching providers. Over the last 2 years, their main point of contact has provided inaccurate information and provided "substandard customer service" (which I shared directly when we were there). I have lived many places - Atlanta, New York, Cincinnati, Boston, Charlotte, Durham, etc. And, I have great dental hygiene so I go to the dentist every 6 months. I have NEVER experienced the "miscommunications" about appointments or missed details about preferences as I have at this office. Two weeks ago was my final straw -- a change happened DURING my child's appointment despite a detailed conversation about a hygienist preference during the booking. What's even worse is that this appointment was rescheduled by the front office after we showed up to the last appointment only to learn it had been cancelled without any notice to us. When we arrived, we were met with a smug and indifferent "we sent you an email at 10 am" followed by a stare to suggest we had done something wrong by coming for our appointment when I shared I never received the email. As an avid and prompt email checker, no such email existed...and still does not. And, most importantly, if the front office of a business does not call or text its patients when there's a last minute cancellation, but will send several text reminders that you will owe money if you cancel last minute, that speaks volumes. So, take this review and do with it what you will...maybe it's the place for you, maybe it's not.

I was dr Tran’s patient since then she started this office, she was used to be more concerned with the patient’s satisfaction and being on top of any issues but since last few years she hardly comes in and check the concerns and care about quality of work. She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn’t clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn’t even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can’t wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can’t accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. Very rude and unprofessional by her staff and by herself. I wish I could star her in minus 5😡

I highly recommend this dentist. The staff is always warm and welcoming. They do great with my young kids and make them feel comfortable.
