So far so good! My first visit was amazing! People here are very friendly and nice. They also did a great job at examining me! Their communication to the patients is beyond amazing! An they seem very knowledgeable! I definitely recommend Mortenson Family Dental!

Joetiona was so sweet and helpful throughout my appointment. She held my hand when needed! Dr. Rachel Reynolds guided me through understanding my restorative needs. Also, Dr. Lauren Hernandez was so great when talking me through my options for Botox and filler that I was hoping to get!

Mortenson at Audubon is a fantastic dental office. They've been great at keeping my dental health strong and up to date. Beth is a fantastic manager and Kirsten at the front desk is always a delight.

Chelcie is awesome, gentle on the gums, and has a very grounding, calm presence. Attentive, polite. Leave with teeth feeling clean and like they haven’t been poked at.

My dentist of 25 yr stopped taking my delta dental. I thought I’d try this office bc it’s close to my home. I’d been warned of a few things but figured I’d try as I have no underlying dental issues. I ended up not being seen bc after I got back to a room the front desk came back & told me I’d be responsible for almost 200-300+ for a preventative visit & cleaning. I’ve never paid a penny in the past for preventative visit & cleaning , so I left. Two weeks later I get notice from office of a bill to pay via text. I was not seen by a dentist, hygienist, nor did I have a cleaning. They took an xray as soon as I stepped in the office, but nothing was done with that xray nor discussed with me. Not sure how that can be billed out to insurance w a diagnosis for someone not seen? I left after they said I’d have 200-300$+ to pay. Not sure how you make an insurance claim when nothing was done by a provider, no cleaning etc.
