Morgan and Ginger were extremely kind and helpful. I was scared to get my tattoos removed but know that I need to. They were very kind and explained everything from the beginning. The session is quick, at least for me they were small. It’s relatively painless just like little pinches. I was able to schedule a follow up appointment relatively easily too. I highly recommend coming they are very kind.

I’ve been wanting to get a few of my tattoos removed for a while now and finally started the journey. The consultation was informative, the payment process was simple, and they got my first treatment in same day. The laser is quick, so very tolerable. Can’t wait to see results!

I hate to rate at only two stars, bc the staff there are truly sweet girls… but I will share the email I sent to the support with hopes of a resolution to the issue, yet have been met with nothing. Not even a simple response. I am truly disappointed in my choice in this company for my tattoo removal. I thought long and hard over my tattoo removal, inquired and took some time to make my final decision to come in for a consult. I am extremely disappointed at my experience with this company thus far. I was contacted MULTIPLE times by the clinic to come in for a consult. With limitless possibilities to bring me in for a consult. Availability any time, any day of the week, which would allude to the same availability for the treatment schedule at the location, correct? WOW, no, couldn’t be more wrong. The client that was at the desk when I arrived for my consult was making a similar complaint at the desk, but I chose to give the benefit of the doubt as I don’t know her availability and scheduling limitations. Only to be met with the EXACT limitation she was experiencing. If I were to schedule at this clinics availability, I would essential be doubling my treatment time… which is absolutely unacceptable. The business model is giving, do whatever you have to do to recruit and obtain the clients money and then do absolutely ZERO for the retention of the client once the dollar is obtained. Unless there is a resolution to this issue, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Due to the unavailability of appointments at the Louisville clinic, I have been scheduling at the Lexington clinic to try to get as many treatments as possible before the summer months. Which is just over a three hour round trip for me from my home. Time is an invaluable and none renewable resource and it is unacceptable to have to resort to that as a solution to receive my treatments in a timely manner. I am hoping for a resolution for not just myself, but for all clients of this clinic as a result of this email. Otherwise, I would have no problem posting this exact review to a public platform, to detour any future clients from giving their hard earned money to this company. It is blatantly obvious that there is a need for more laser technicians at this location, with availability months out and a waitlist a mile long. I hope to see a resolution to this issue ASAP.
