Hey everyone, I just want to remind us all to please respect the doctor’s time. I know sometimes appointments run over because the doctor is giving extra care to another patient—or even to you. But if your appointment is at 9:50, please try to be there by 9:30 just in case they can work you in early. I love coming to Dr. Daniels. I travel from Lexington, and today I was 2 minutes late. My appointment was at 8:50, and I arrived at 9:02. They weren’t able to see me, and honestly—I respect that. It was my responsibility to be here on time. I thought I had enough time to get from Lexington to Louisville, but I didn’t. So please understand: Dr. Daniels is an amazing doctor who truly values her schedule. And even when she runs a little behind, it’s only because she’s giving someone the time and care they need. We don’t have many African-American dermatologists who are dedicated to serving African-American women and men the way she is. Please respect that, appreciate her, and honor the time she gives all of us. I give Dr. Daniels five stars—and if I could give her ten, I absolutely would. I also want to add that even though I arrived 2 minutes past the 10-minute grace period, the staff was still kind enough to see me. I had just driven in from Lexington, and after sitting for a moment to get myself together, they showed so much understanding and patience. I truly appreciate their kindness, their professionalism, and the way they go above and beyond for their patients. It meant a lot to me, and I am very grateful.

Dr Daniel’s and her staff provided me with such great care . They are always very professional and informative. Kayla is very knowledgeable of derive that she provides and play very close attention to detail . I have been going to Dr Natalie Daniels since 2012. She discovered the basal cell on my forehead. Dr Robert Zax did my Moz surgery. His care was excellent as well. She is taking care of my pre cancer on my face. She is excellent and explains everything Dr Daniels is the best. Hannah, her nurse wrote it down the care which helps when you can't hear so well.

Quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. Her nurses are also very personable and welcoming. I try to go for an annual checkup because I depend on her expertise!

I'm loving the results of my chemical peels! Kaylyn is the best, she is always so friendly, professional, and so pleasant. Because of her always positive attitude, I look forward to my appointments! Dr Daniels is amazing as well. I've been to several derms over the course of 5 years with no positive results. Dr Daniels was my saving grace! I'm seeing a change in my skin and I'm loving it. Unfortunately, that front desk is a hit and miss, meaning they can sometimes be so unprofessional! The front staff was good, but they switched them out and the new staff, not so good. But Kaylyn, and Dr Daniels are the same at all times "simply the best"!
