I am extremely happy with my eyeliner! I would highly recommend Hotaru. The service was done in such a professional manner! It is so nice to not have to apply eyeliner anymore! The studio were very clean and the service provided was professional but personal, I felt in safe hands with someone who had decades of experience. I highly recommend Hotaru to anyone considering permanent makeup applications. My eyeliner are healing beautifully because her technique is so good. Long story short, I will absolutely go back to Hotaru when I need future touch-ups and will recommend her services with no hesitation. Thank you, Hotaru! It was good to see you again! :)

Hotaru is amazing! She is very skilled and so professional. Her office is very clean, the ambiance is both beautiful and inviting. My eyebrows, winged liner, and stardust look so beautiful! I work at Sephora and our clients were always asking about what kind of makeup and products I used because they looked flawless--I definitely went against company policy by referring them to Hotaru but I couldn't mislead then and pretend that I had to use any makeup on my flawless brows! ;) Thanks so much, Hotaru! I have had nothing but positive experiences when working with Hotaru and her staff. The office is inviting and calming and the staff are kind, professional, and always go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I’ve never been so inspired by an artist than I have been with Hotaru. I first came to Hotaru in 2020 for stardust liner and micro blading. Although I was slightly nervous, Hotaru immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and sheer talent. I fell in love with her work, and have received so many compliments by friends across the country, who now want to fly to Kentucky just to see Hotaru. Of course, I knew I wanted to come back to Hotaru, so I scheduled an appointment two years later for a touch up of my liner and eyebrows, and lip blush. During this appointment, Hotaru further enhanced the beauty of her earlier work, and did an absolutely incredible job with my lips. The color is just stunning, and looks better than any lipstick/liner combination I could get professionally done by a makeup artist. Hotsru’s artistry saves me so much time and effort on my makeup, and I will be coming back throughout the future, and give her my absolute highest recommendation.

Hotaru is an amazing artist. The first time I went to her, I got my eyebrows done and they turned out really great and natural. Many compliments followed after getting it. I went to her just a few days ago to get my eyeliner done, she listened and made sure that they were exactly what I wanted before she started tattooing.
