Michelle is SO amazing! She is very kind and always does a great job on my lash refills. Also, the receptionist is very helpful and efficient when booking my future appointments and gives greats suggestions for my lash type. Overall, I always have a great experience and have purchased a monthly membership!

Do my lashes look amazing? Absolutely. But my stylist gave me a more expensive set of lashes than I had requested without my consent and didn’t inform me until they were already on, and then proceeded to inform me that if I didn’t also buy the $25 cleanser when I checked out, I could “just expect really poor retention.” Seriously? After an upsell I did not authorize for an already expensive set of lashes? That really jacked up the end result for me. Has she sought my consent for the upsell and explained why she thought I should consider it, or if anyone had told me ahead of time to anticipate needing to purchase special care products, I would have likely said yes to both, but I don’t like being backed into a corner. I won’t be back.

My first set of lash extensions and Talia exceeded all my expectations! I am now obsessed and have already scheduled my fill appointment. Very professional staff, and the salon was so clean and comfortable. I will recommend and return!
