Caitlin is the best!! I first started going to Caitlin when I moved to Louisville about five years ago. Since then, she is the only aesthetician that I go to! Her dermaplaning is her specialty! My face always looks great and she is knowledgeable on the products that she uses and that she recommends for an at-home skincare routine. PS- the location is so adorable and very safe. Always smells great and is super comfortable! Caitlin is also super professional and courteous to her clients.

This was my first time getting a facial so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Caitlin made it the best experience possible! The bed/room/ambiance is so cozy and peaceful I felt so relaxed the entire time. I went to Caitlin because I was struggling with acne and was just very unhappy with my skin. She recommended the oxygen facial as well as some Circadia products and within weeks of my visit my skin was clear and glowing! I highly recommend Underground Aesthetics and I personally wont be going anywhere else for facials in the future!

Caitlin is absolutely amazing! She is so gentle with the derma-planing! I feel so relaxed when I leave there and her products don’t irritate my face! I can’t say enough how her and her business. 10 out of 10 recommend.
