Melissa was great ! Highly recommend, She took her time and listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail and what options were available to me. She is a real people person and puts you at ease. I Had some fluid drawn out and a Cortizone shot and she made it painless. Excellent care!!

Melissa is wonderful and actually takes the time to listen. She makes you feel as a person and not just a number! Definitely easy to talk with and seems to actually care. I definitely don’t want to go through shoulder surgery again, but if I needed to, she definitely would be my choice. Thanks for everything.

Melissa was very attentive to all my needs. She is very kind and sympathetic. Her bedside manor is superb. The office staff is very courteous and friendly as well. Since my first visit to Louisville Orthopaedic, Melissa and the entire staff have been great listeners. They are polite, prompt and honest. I began care here for a knee issue (that I had self diagnosed) and it turns out that there's a lot more that needs attention. If it weren't for Melissa listening to me during my exam I probably would not be getting the care I need. So for that I thank you, Melissa.

The entire staff was so pleasant to deal with. I was having so much pain and just needed answers. Was able to be seen the same day. They have it down to a system that gets you in without waiting a long time in the waiting room which I very much appreciate. Dr. Melissa Parshall was awesome. She was very informative, actually took the time to do a proper exam unlike a doctor I went to at another practice. She was caring and did not make me feel rushed. Will definitely return here if I ever have any other issues. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks to Melissa I am finally getting some relief.
