From the second you walk in the door, the environment is warm, welcoming, and puts you at ease right away. The staff made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I got settled into one of their VIP massage chairs while receiving my IV drip, and let me tell you—that chair alone is worth the visit. Absolute game changer. I went in battling a hangover from hell, and by the time I walked out, I felt like a brand-new person—energized, refreshed, and honestly like a million bucks.

From the moment I called to the moment I walked into the door, I felt welcomed by everyone. The staff is so warm and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean. I'm having such a hard time with morning sickness right now and needed fluids. I felt so cared for and was impressed with the suggestions and knowledge of the staff. They gave my family a private room so we could all be together and be comfortable. I can’t say enough good about this place. Thank you.

Simply amazing! First class all the way! I split time in Southern California and the one woudl think Newport Beach CA would be the epitome of luxury, but Prime Iv Florence blows it away! Youre in a massage chair, watching whatever you want on TV, in amazing surroundings. A+ all around. Kudos. Great job!

I went to Prime hoping to feel better after being sick..didn't know what to expect. But the day after getting the IV hydration I felt so much better! Energy back and felt energized. Would totally recommend 👌
