My 89-year-old mother made an appointment here, looking for a check up and cleaning. She doesn't carry dental insurance. She thought it would be reasonably-priced, and all included. They charged her like $350 for a check up and x-rays! She was told (after the checkup and x-rays) that a cleaning that would be like another $133. Ridiculous. They should have advised her of that when she made the appointment. She declined the cleaning due to the cost. I can't believe that couldn't have been part of the package price. She did say she was pleased with the dentist and assistant. I just wanted to post this because I don't think it's fair. If my mom wasn't so independent and self sufficient, I could have found her a dentist for half that price. Update: After management read my post they reached out and rectified the situation. We got my mom signed up for their yearly dental plan.

Everyone at the front desk is so amazing and lovely. They get back to you insanely fast, not to mention I was able to have my first time visit for jaw pain and concerns about cavities within a day. Everybody; the front desk, hygienists, Dr. Yang, they are all so attentive and kind. They don’t waste time, super to the point but will definitely give you all the details explaining their concerns and will take yours into account as well. Very thorough, and organized. I have bad dental anxiety, and the people and atmosphere here helped me quell those stresses. Also, the first time I’ve ever seen tv’s on the ceiling for entertainment when you’re in the chair, that was pretty awesome lol. They’ll even offer blankets and water, definitely felt like a spa experience at times 😸. The office is so gorgeous and clean as well, all the way throughout. They have lots of people relying on them here, lots of moving parts, yet somehow they are somehow so efficient, fast, and thorough at the same time, all while having to deal with us patients every day lol. 10/10 recommend Northside Dental Co.

Super swanky, clean and beautifully decorated office. Everyone was extrememly kind and helpful. They went through every detail with me, created a dental upkeep plan based off my needs and wants. They make going to the dentist a pleasure! A+++ experience!

I had my first appointment here this week and was so impressed! The office is super clean and beautiful, and everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to my hygienist to the dentist, was genuinely so kind. They were incredibly efficient with my X-rays, and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly so I knew exactly what I needed and why. The whole team was knowledgeable, warm, and just really great gals overall. I’m actually excited to go back… even if it’s for a filling! 😂 Highly recommend!

The office is very clean and bright. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Appointments have run on time, was actually able to be seen earlier than expected. Very informative and relaxed as they are working on your teeth. Bob Ross is a plus!
