New patient here! Wow what an experience. All I can say 1st and foremost is ROSE took care of business. The best! Absolutely thorough and NICE!! Moved back to Richmond and needed a Dentist. Congrats on my wife for finding this GEM. I needed a few hours to get back to normal :) and was made comfortable the entire time. The whole staff is amazing and Beth up front is super accommodating. There was a little hic-cup on my 1st visit regarding their new system and she made sure I was good to go! I thank all of you for a great experience. Looking forward to my next visit. Hopefully just a regular cleaning next time! Thanks again!!

My hygienist, Rose, I very experienced and does her job extremely well. Dr. Bigelow has handled cavities and crowns for me and always does an excellent job. This practice has the most up to date equipment, too. I highly recommend!

My hygienist moved over to this practice, along with another hygienist from a previous practice. My visit to Midtown Richmond Dentistry was a very pleasant experience. I needed a lot of work done, and they took the time and patience to do what was necessary to make sure my teeth were in good health and my gums. They're very thorough in their examination, offer services and ask so there are no surprises on the bill, and the people are very very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. The picture related to this post is what I saw from the chair; something to keep the patient entertained.

After being extremely dissatisfied with the dental practice I'd been seeing, I researched/asked around and found Dr. Bigelow. I walked away from my first visit with such a sense of comfort and relief. Top notch care and guidance from Rose, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Bigelow himself. Who cares about "spa treatments" and other gimmicks when on every visit there is no consistency in who you are seeing or their level of skill (too many episodes of feeling like I was being waterboarded or given a bath during a routine cleaning), front office is rude and appointments are routinely rescheduled? With Midtown Richmond Dentistry, there is a sense of old school professionalism that is a welcome change.

Dr. Bigelow is a fantastic Dentist. I have lived all over the country, and had many Dentists. He is the absolute best. He is very thorough, and exceptionally skilled. He is so highly regarded in the Richmond area, that his open appointment times book up fast, and cancellations, are snapped up almost immediately.
