Dr. Tse and the team are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. On my first visit he was able to fix a dental issue I was having from a prior dentist and he explained everything to me. I was instantly relieved of the pain and sensitivity I had been experiencing! I highly recommend!

I was a patient at this practice for an implant over a decade ago and it has been excellent. The work was done by Dr. Catoggio who was excellent to work with and did excellent work. I recently had an issue almost 13 years later where the crown was becoming somewhat loose; I did not trust the advice of my primary dentist on this and so wanted to call this office to get their advice even though it had been so long since they saw me. Not only was the staff excellent and listening to my story and trying to help, but when they realized I was not living in the area any longer and it wasn't practical to come in they got me on the line with Dr. Catoggio who was more than happy to speak with me and provide essentially a mini consult about my situation. It gave me a lot of reassurance and I can't thank him and the practice enough for delivering the kind of quality care and concern they do. It goes without saying but I highly highly recommend this practice!

The hygienists at the practice are also kind, efficient, and patient with a somewhat nervous patient! My husband and I have been going to Short Pump Family Dentistry for a few years now, and Dr. Tse has by far been the best dentist we have ever had. He and his staff are incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. Dr. Tse is a complete rock star. Not only does he do amazing work, but he remembers even the smallest and most random details about you—even after not having seen you for 6 months! I really enjoy going to comic cons, and he always asks me how they are going, and really cares about you as a patient. Sadly we are moving out of state, so we will no longer be able to attend Short Pump Family Dentistry, but I highly recommend them if you are looking for an excellent dentist who is not only very professional but is also patient, kind, and attentive. Thank you Dr Tse, we will miss you and your staff greatly.

Dr.Tse is exceptional! Not only is he knowledgeable and skilled but he truly makes certain you are feeling the best about any procedure. His caring nature truly makes this nervous patient calm (and that means a lot because I have had a few interactions at other practices that made me tentative to continue my oral care). The office is clean and organized and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend.
